Don't do this with FrontPage  - auto thumbnails, the Photogallery component and never use FrontPage to do image editing.

In the mean time you can view this chart on Ulead's site but it looks very helpful for those choosing a new image editing program.

Using Paint Shop Pro Album for all your image editing needs
Right from the start I want to recommend this program for anyone who does not want to necessarily purchase a full-blown image editing program. There are a number of programs on the market that claim to do what Paint Shop Pro Album does, but none that I know of do all these chores so well. Jasc says "Everything you need to enhance, organize and share your digital photos." In this tutorial I'm primarily going to touch on the ENHANCE aspects.
