Anyone interested in a wonderful photography trip to the Alps in Europe?
I think I've found it. Back when I was just 20 my parents gave me a trip
to Europe and the Alps region was my favorite! And as you know, I need
new images (too many red rocks of the SW and rocks in general), a totally
new locale. Travel
Images offers just what I need. Selfishly I'm hoping to find another
1 - 2 participants to get the total participants up to 6 or 7. This is
a great itinerary and I'm very impressed so far with my communication
with John Baker, the leader. Here's
his HOME page.
John's
Europe and the Alps Photo Essay.
I hope the Alps aren't melting away as badly as the Canadian Rockies.
He's in New Zealand right now and I'm jealous!
P.S. I'm getting a new knee in January ... I'll strive to be ready for this trip ...
In the next couple of days I'll be preparing prints for a local gallery.... mostly winter shots.
Saturday Nov. 19: I've completed the Miscellaneous Slideshow of left-overs from the Australia trip. I'll bet you'll be almost able to feel the intense heat.
I received this photo from another on the trip. I hope she doesn't mind that I like my version on the right much better ... toning down the highlights, opening the shadows and cropping the excess rock on both sides. Mark, our guide was helping me into Tunnel Creek, in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. |
