Woolmers Estate, Tasmania, Australia*

Woolmers Estate was settled in 1816 by Thomas Archer and was owned by the Archer family continuously up until 1994. Six generations of the direct
Thomas Archer line have lived at Woolmers, which has made it
the oldest property to have been owned by one family.
